Description: In 1988, Oscar-winning German filmmaker Volker Schlondorff ("The Tin Drum") sat down with legendary director Billy Wilder at his office in Beverly Hills, California and turned on his camera for a series of filmed interviews. Description: An odd group of people find themselves aboard the Ghost, a sealing schooner captained by the hard taskmaster, Wolf Larson. George Leach is the on the run from the police as is Ruth Webster who has escaped from a women's penitentiary. Also aboard is a young writer, Humphrey van Weyden. Description: In Bagdad, the young and naive Sultan Ahmad is curious about the behavior of his people.
