Description: In the bohemian Montmartre district of late 1950s Paris, Robert "Bob" Montagné, a habitual gambler and former bank robber who has been going straight for twenty years, finds himself flat broke after a long string of bad luck. So, in desperate need of cash, the ex-gangster organises one last heist, setting his sights on robbing Deauville Casino's impenetrable safe, allegedly crammed with 800 million francs. As Bob and his hand-picked team iron out the details of the audacious plan, the stage seems set for a final, winner-take-all robbery. However, greed, blackmail, and even death stand in the way of success. Can Bob the Gambler get away scot-free?
