Buy an XVID/DIVX compatible dvd player. Put both files into a folder and they should play with a slight pause as the dvd player switches from cd 1 to cd 2. It's very simple.

I should have added that you have to burn to a dvdr of course. If the idea of putting one film onto a dvdr seems like a waste, then use a dvd-rw.
Save three or four downloads on your hard disc and then burn them to dvdr. Use a dvd-rw for watching the films on tv, delete and reuse. I've been using this method for a long time.

Formidable ! Justement, ce film passe à Paris, au Studio Action, dans un festival Dassin, mais à des heures impossibles pour moi.
Merci, merci, merci !
Et merci pour la mémoire de Dassin, un grand du Film Noir.

Hello,

at first I have to tell you how excited I am to have found this wonderful site!
So many wonderful movies, I´m so thankful for all your kindness.
I have a request:
Is it possible to upload some movies with W.C.Fields?
I live in Germany and you can´t buy here any of his movies.

Thanks in advance and please keep up the good work!

An easy way to join the two parts of the movie:

First, download VirtualDubMod:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=65889

Double-click VirtualDubMod.exe (there's no need to install)

Go to Video and check Direct Stream Copy

Then, File, Open Video File, find CD1

Next, go to File, Append Segment, and find CD2

And lastly, go to File, Save As... and voilà. It should take one minute or two to join the movie.

I've been using VirtualDubMod for months, it's pretty good.

Now, for joining the subtitles, use Slider3 Subtitle Tool:

http://rapidshare.com/files/114289734/SLider3_SubtitleTool_v0.3.2.exe.html

In case the subtitles need resync, use Subtitle Workshop:

http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Subtitle-Workshop-Download-5315.html

I hope that helps.

And let me add: I love this site!
